A schedule of sorts

I meet with my oncologist tomorrow so my plans might be derailed but I finally feel like I'm making some progress after my PS appointment today. I got my other drain out! Now I can wear more normal clothes again and hopefully sleep on both sides. I had my first fill today too which really wasn't too bad. I feel like a beach ball but I guess I just have to get used to that. I had more skin left on one side so he filled more and I'm pretty lopsided now but since there isn't much on either side I don't think it's too noticeable. I went in with a long list of questions and left with answers for all! I love feeling like I have some information. One of my big questions was how long will this reconstruction take and without a for sure treatment plan he can't know for sure but he said with no treatments if everything goes perfectly I will be ready for my exchange surgery in three months but he said more realistically it will be five months because nothing goes perfectly. Obviously if I have to do chemo or radiation that will change but we are crossing our fingers I don't need to. For now I will go back once a week for fills and check ups. I know this is a lot of boring posts but it helps me keep track of everything so I'm sure I'll have another tomorrow.
