The good news and the caveats

SO I had an appointment with Dr. Bott my Oncologist today and from this pathology report, I DON'T NEED CHEMO! He said that my cancer was Her2+ which means that it fed off the Her2 in my cells but since I had a mastectomy, and don't need any treatment we will just file this away for just in case my cancer ever comes back. He spoke with one radiation oncologist who said he wouldn't do radiation but I have a consultation with another Dr next Friday to get his opinion. My Dr made it sound like my case was borderline and that it would really probably be up to me. Unless Dr. Blair can give me a seriously great reason to do it, I'm not going to. Obviously, this is all contingent on the second opinion of my pathology coming back showing no invasive cancer. So...overall, great news!...As long as nothing changes : ) Just some more known unknowns I guess.

I'm feeling well today and thinking that I have been super blessed so far.Yes cancer is yucky but look at all this cuteness:
Just adorable!
