Fall Fun

I finally got the pictures off Dan's phone from July so this will be a little summer and fall. First, look at Camden's hair! It was so long!

I don't know what they are doing but Camden looks like such a baby

He loves picking out hats

Dan took Camden to the Museum of Curiosity one day while I wasn't feeling well.
I finally got the pictures from Dan's camp out with the young men, too.
He sent me this to show he was all set up and ready to go

They had tons of buffalo run through their camp
He said it was pretty cold but his pictures look like it was beautiful.

Camden and I on our walk around the lake

He was so excited to climb that hill after he saw another little kid do it

Sporting Colts gear for Dad

The only way we could get Camden to show us the back of his shirt was to tell him to lick the wall!

So cute!

Touchdown!
Camden and Makayla have been doing "preschool" and it has helped Camden get a little more into art and crafts.
Showing off their projects
I finally convinced Camden to lie down in the water. He will only do it if I'm touching his head.
He says "I love this!" every time now

We've been talking about what we want to get done before this baby comes and were thinking about doing our bathroom in the basement. We went to just look at tile and fixtures and found a really good deal on tile so decided we were doing it!

Grouted!
We finished grouting today. Next up is sink, baseboards, toilet, and some day down the road, the shower. Dan did an awesome job on this tile but he is more nervous about the shower. We'll see!

Camden has been changing his mind on his costume lately so when my mom came up and brought some fabric I thought just making him a ghost would help him settle on that. Isn't he the cutest! We had to bribe him to try the costume on but now I think he's pretty excited!
We'll see if he lets me paint his face

Grandma also brought a new hoodie!

Little Mr. Fix-It

So much concentration

This is how Camden contributed to the tile job. Dumped out all the spacers!
After completing the bathroom we had talked about moving the guest room to the basement so we could move Camden over to the a new room (and so that guests wouldn't need to share a bathroom with a potty training toddler). I thought we'd start to empty it and just hype it up a lot for Camden so he'd get excited and we could move him in a month or two. As soon as he saw it empty he said "Should we move my bed in now?" I told him he wouldn't be able to sleep in his old room if we moved him and he said ok. We moved him Friday and he's been just fine. He goes to his old room out of habit and then laughs and says "This isn't my room anymore!" Silly kid. There is still some decorating I want to do to it but he's pretty excited.
This room is so big for him!

Another great post, Nicole. Camden is amazing--moving into a big boy bed without any problem and now moving his bedroom without any problem.

Dan did a great job on the tile. I know who to call if I ever need a new tile floor.
