On Saturday it snowed literally 5 minutes after I finished writing my dad an email saying "well it hasn't snowed yet." There wasn't too much snow but it stuck for a day or so. Here is what it looked like from our back door:
Since it was snowing we decided to break out the hot chocolate maker and these cute mugs we got from Katie and Jensen one year. Dan loves his hot chocolate maker and I think we have 5 or 6 different kinds of hot chocolate right now.
I have started working on my advent calendar and it is turning out ok. Not quite as well as I had hoped but I think it is ok for my second sewing project. Here are some pictures of what it looks like so far. If you are nice (it will be easier if you don't look too close) I might show you some more later!
Basically Dan and I are just super excited to have a break! We need to get out of here!
