Favorite Time of Year

I absolutely love the holidays! Everything just feels so fun. I am especially excited this year because I am graduating!!! I knew it was going to be really busy as we got into December so Dan and I decided we would Christmas shop early. I am glad to say that we are completely done! It isn't even December yet! I am so glad that we are just going to be able to hang out and enjoy the holidays. The down side is that since I am done shopping I feel like it should be Christmas now! I convinced Dan to hang up our lights yesterday (don't worry, we aren't turning them on until after Thanksgiving) We both decided that this year was much safer than last years attempt. There was no snow and Dan climbed on the roof instead of standing tip toe on the very top rung of the ladder. I was still nervous since his shoes don't have traction, but he was fine and now we have beautiful lights! He was so nice and even did the very top of the roof! I am breaking my boring streak and I have a picture!
