weekend

Friday night Dan and I went up to see the new exhibits at the MOA. I love going and just walking around with him and its free which is great for our budget. We came home and made homemade ice cream sandwiches.


Saturday we worked on our deck which is slowly coming a long. While we were eating lunch we were looking at our picture wall which was full of pictures of us from about 3 years ago. We decided it could use some updating and that we have been married long enough not to have wedding photos all over. We flipped over some of our existing art pieces and did a basic modern print on the back. We still need to hang them but it makes the space a lot cleaner looking. The picture is a little dark but what do you think?

That night Marcus came over to watch the BYU game which was awful as predicted. We knew they would choke. The boys definitely lost interest and spent the whole time playing on their phones. Aren't they cute! We watched Chocolat (love this movie!) and enjoyed more ice cream sandwiches. Now we are attempting to catch up on homework before the week starts again. Weekends just aren't long enough!
